Zweisprachig aufgewachsen, war der Schauspieler Michael Lonsdale im französischen wie im britisch-amerikanischen Kino zuhause. Er war der Gegenspieler von Roger Moores James Bond, traf aber auch mal Ex-Bond Sean Connery in einem ganz anderen Film.
