Die Signa Real Estate plant an der Ecke Königstraße 25 / Schulstraße einen Neubau mit Einzelhandel- und Büroflächen. Über das Projekt wurde viel diskutiert. Bis Mitte Juni soll das alte Gebäude nun gewichen sein.
