Fachkräftemangel im Rathaus: Mitarbeiter bekommen in Köngen Kreditkarten mit Guthaben geschenkt
Die Gemeinde Köngen setzt auf zusätzliche Boni für ihre Mitarbeiter, um dem Fachkräftemangel entgegenzuwirken. Die Mitarbeiter haben die Wahl zwischen einer Kreditkarte mit monatlichem Guthaben und einem Deutschlandticket.

Die Gemeinde Köngen setzt für ihre Beschäftigten im Rathaus und anderswo weitere Anreize, um die Mitarbeiterbindung zu stärken.
