Cheftester des Guide Michelin: Wie erkocht man sich drei Sterne, Herr Flinkenflügel?
Ralf Flinkenflügel ist Chefinspektor beim Guide Michelin Deutschland. Sein Vorstellungsgespräch für diesen Job war zugleich sein erster Bericht: aus dem Stuttgarter Top Air.

„Das ist ein Klassiker, da hätte kein Stammgast Verständnis, wenn man das von der Karte nehmen würde“, sagt der Chefinspektor des Guide Michelin über dieses Gericht im Waldhotel Sonnora.
