Der Stuttgarter Autokonzern Mercedes hat ein Pilotprojekt gestartet. Auch auf Wunsch der Führungskräfte richtet sich der Bonus bei den Top-Managern der Ebene E1 und E2 nach ihrer individuellen Leistung.
