Neues Restaurant in Stuttgart: Statt Fine gibt es Soul Dining im Laesâ – doch der Start verschiebt sich erneut
Wohl keine Eröffnung wird von Feinschmeckern in Stuttgart mit größerer Spannung erwartet. Doch auf erste Kostproben vom Restaurant Laesâ müssen sie ein bisschen länger warten. Dieses Mal hat die Infektionswelle den angekündigten Start verschoben.

Steht bereit: das Team vom Laesâ freut sich auf die Eröffnung. Eine Schürze tragen die drei Köche Nick Friede (links), Emilio Löffler (oben rechts) und Moritz Bilsing (unten rechts). Für den Service sorgen Paulina Gercken (Mitte), Dominik Kapaun (dahinter), Nikolas Reidt und als Aushilfe Jean Marcel Ducteil-Maas (links).
